Because a pleasant living environment is essential to artistic commitment and fulfillment, our Academy is committed to providing you with comfortable and serene living conditions.
For this new edition, we are offering you several accommodation options to suit your needs and budget, on a half-board or full-board basis, to ensure a peaceful stay.
Here are the different accommodation options on offer:
Montebello University Residence

The residence is located in the heart of the Château de Valrose park, a 10-15 min walk from the conservatory and 5 min by bus. It features a variety of landscaped outdoor areas designed to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
Full-board package
Practical information and services included in the full-board package:
– 9m² single room with single bed, desk, refrigerator, closet
– Shower and toilet facilities in the room
– Bed linen and towels provided
– Free WIFI
– It is possible to work on your instrument in your room from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
– Laundry facilities (credit and contactless cards accepted)
– Secure residence with parking
– Breakfast and dinner included in the Montebello residence package
– Lunches included in the master-class fee
(All meals take place at the Conservatory)
The full-board rate for this residence is 410€ per week.
The number of rooms is limited. For this reason, please note that accompanists cannot be accommodated in the Montebello residence.
Accommodation is booked for 7 nights: arrival on Sunday from 3pm and departure the following Sunday before 9am.

For dancers, lunches are not included. Remember to reserve your lunch package when you register.

Our Academy offers you a magnificent residence surrounded by a large park, less than 15 minutes’ walk from the Nice Conservatory and 10 minutes by bus, with shared 4-bed rooms on a full-board basis. These overlook the garden or the center’s swimming pool. You can reserve a bed in one of these rooms. The residence is close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop, bus station and SNCF train station.
A wide range of services are included in our package:

- Spacious, sunny room

Breakfast and dinner are served in the Clairvallon residence cafeteria.
Lunch is served at the Nice Conservatory. (Except for dancers, for whom lunch is not included, and who must reserve a lunch package when registering.)
Practical information:
- The residence closes at 11pm every evening (negotiation possible).)
- Students must bring their own towels.
- The sanitary facilities are shared areas outside the rooms
- Companions are allowed in this residence.
This residence offers you a whole week on the Côte d’Azur, for only 370 euros.

Restauration
La Table de Lolotte 👩🏻🍳
Take your lunch break at “La Table de Lolotte”.
Located in the cafeteria of the Conservatoire de Nice, this is the perfect place for students and teachers from the Academy to meet and exchange ideas in a convivial atmosphere. On an outdoor terrace, in the shade or the sun, the choice is yours!
From midday onwards, Lolotte and her team will welcome you with a smile, and offer you varied, well-balanced, home-cooked meals. There’s a wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts, so you can compose your meal to suit your tastes.
Do you have a special diet (allergenic, vegetarian, etc.)? Don’t worry, there’s always something to suit you!
NB: For students on full board, access to the cafeteria is available from the opening of the Conservatory for breakfast, and in the evening for dinner!
You’ll also find a “Tea Time” snack in the afternoon around 4pm, offered by the catering team, every day for all students and teachers: cold drinks, coffee, tea, cakes…
