Description

A concert violinist and professor at the CRR of Versailles, Saskia Lethiec performs in some of the most prestigious venues in Europe, Asia, and Latin America (Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Philharmonie de Paris, Helsinki Philharmonic, Grand Théâtre de Genève, Wiener Konzerthaus, Folles Journées in Nantes, Warsaw, and Tokyo, Seoul National Center, Buenos Aires Gran Teatro Gran Rex), both in chamber music ensembles and as a soloist with orchestras (Simon Bolivar Orchestra, Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, Orchestre de Chambre de Toulouse).

She studied at the Geneva HEM (with J.P. Wallez), the CNSMD of Paris (with G. Poulet), and the Cologne Hochschule (with M. Martin), and is a laureate of the Ferras-Barbizet and Enesco International Competitions.

She has recorded numerous albums for labels such as Lyrinx, Talent, Animarecords, and Cascavelle, many of them with Jérôme Granjon, with whom she co-founded the Trio Hoboken and the Festival Erard. These recordings have received widespread acclaim from the press (Classica, Diapason, Le Monde).

Trained at the Alliotta Institute of Sophrology, she has developed a range of techniques for competition preparation and managing performance anxiety.

She is a guest at several international academies, including Les Arcs, Belle-Île, Euro-Asia Music Festival, and the Nice International Academy.
